Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are generally manufactured in Asia, South America, and to a lesser extent in Europe depending on the products. We mention the production countries in the details of our product sheets.
Do you have eco-friendly and organic products in your collections?
Yes, we strive to select the most natural and eco-friendly products possible.
For example, in our premium ranges, we have organic products with Bio GOTS certifications (the highest grade of organic in textiles, also guaranteeing decent working conditions for workers) or OCS. Even our entry-level products like t-shirts are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified (no harmful chemicals on our textiles).
How can I get more information about a product?
You will find the main information in the product sheet (description, composition, care...). We provide you with the maximum information we have.

How do I create my customer account?
On the homepage, click on "account," follow the steps on the screen, and create your account. You can modify your address, check your order history.
Do you communicate my personal information to third-party companies?
The data you provide to DISCIPLES is not transmitted or sold to other companies.
What should I do if I forgot my password or can't log in?
If you can't log in, use the "forgot password" function. An email will be sent to you with a link that you can click on to reset your password.

Do I need a customer account to order?
To order on the DISCIPLES site, it is necessary to create a customer account, which will allow you to keep your delivery and billing information for a subsequent order and proceed with a possible return.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Any finalized order is immediately transmitted to our production service to proceed with the printing of the personalized product for quick shipment. It is already on the way and impossible to cancel and/or modify.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return it to us. DISCIPLES covers the return costs if it is defective.
How do I know if my order is validated?
Your order is validated upon receipt of a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order
